Y2G, a passion-driven creator

Ar. Yii Yeong Ginn (BOA reg. 268-3), commonly referred to as Ar. Ginn, serves as the principal of Y2G since Q4 2020.

 

Y2G is a boutique architectural firm, offering high quality of services, thanks to its QP who was trained for more than a decade in the largest firm in town. 

​

After completing a rigorous 6-year architectural academic program, she commenced her professional journey in Singapore since 2008. Despite embarking on a successful career as a practicing architect, Ar. Ginn furthered her education, attaining a master's degree in real estate Investment from Heriot-Watt University, UK, in 2015. The following year, she earned her QP qualification in Sg.

During her tenure at DP Architects (2008-Jan 2020) as a Senior Associate, Ar. Ginn emerged as a well-rounded architect, overseeing projects from the initial design stage at the drawing board to the completion of construction. Her project portfolio, focused and intense, predominantly encompassed Commercial Mixed Development, Condominium, and Landed House projects.

Notably, her projects received the Best Property Award for Shangri-La Serviced Apartment in Myanmar and first BCA Green Mark gold overseas award in Sri Lanka. The wealth of architectural experience naturally shaped Ar. Ginn into an independent and comprehensive professional.

 

At Y2G, she leads a team of 3 and continues to elevate her skills, specializing in commercial projects, A&A works, and landed houses, thereby advancing her practice to new heights.

 

Ar. Ginn gives back to industry by servicing as Guest Lecturer for Diploma Class at IDIS and Trent Global School Sg as well as serve as mentor for architectural students. Other than Board of Architects Singapore and Malaysia, she is also a proud notable member of BNI Singapore (Business Network International).
